This is Rams. I have recently taken a written test conducted by Infosys. I want to share my feelings with you.

The question paper pattern is same as previous.
30 questions from reasoning – 45minuits
45 questions from English – 40minuits
For the reasoning section verbal & nonverbal reasoning by R.S Agarval is enough. You have to put a little more effort in English.

REASONING paper is:

Data Interpretation (5 questions)
(This is time consuming question. Try to answer in last)

Data deduction (5 questions)
  the model is like this…
a) All cats are animals.
b) Some animals are not dogs.
c) Elephent is an animal.
d) Some elephants are cats.
Then you have to find the correct series from the given options.

3) ced….

Data Sufficiency: (3-4 questions)

A) if AOB angle is given             B) If Angle of OAE= angle of OBE
What is the angle of AEB?
1) Only A is enough
2) Only B is enogh
3) Both are required
4) Neither of these is not required

2) To solve the following expression
                  (X^2Y^3-X^3Y^2)/(XY^2)
A) X=5        B)   Y=2
1) Aonly   2)B only    3) Both are required      4) none

Puzzles:
1) A,B,C and D four girls living in Chennai and Mumbai. Their unique hobbies and some relations  b/n their home towns are given. You have to ans the five questions on this.(very easy to solve)

2) There are 3 sections in one class. A,B and C are elected as the representatives for these sections.The total votes polled for this election are 317. A got only 4 votes more than C. The unit’s digit of C is two times that of B. the votes polled for B is b/n 100 and 200. one digit in his number of votes is zero

(I am not getting the integer numbers for the votes polled to the individuals.)

Diagrams:
Total five questions are given. You have to find the odd figures out.

ENGLISH PAPER:

Sentence Corrections:
1) Four large sentences with small changes in spellings and tenses. You have to find the right fig out.
2) They will give you an underlined sentence. You have to find the correct Sentence from the given options.

Fill in the blanks: ( On tenses )

Situation response: (Nearly five questions)
They will give you a paragraph, containing one situation and one response. You have to judge whether the response correct or not (or) you have to find the right situation from the given options (Be careful these are not as easier as R.S Aggraval).

This is about the written test. I am not able to recall the remaining questions. But the pattern is same as previous. I haven’t get any question other than the previous papers given in this forum.
